Booking Process

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Guests must provide accurate information during booking. Seaview Marbella reserves the right to refuse bookings if details are incomplete or inaccurate.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required to secure your reservation. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in the cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 14 days, a partial refund may be issued depending on the circumstances and booking conditions.

Property Use

Guests must adhere to all property rules and guidelines. Apartments are intended for accommodation purposes only. Any damage or violations may result in additional charges or immediate termination of the stay.
